Bothell’s warehouse-management and shipping-solutions provider PathGuide Technologies this week announced that it appointed executives Keith La Londe, Greg Laycock, and Pelageya (Poulina) Kostenko to its board of directors.
PathGuide said in the release announcing the news that it’s dedicated to evolving the company through innovative shipping solutions for wholesale, industrial, and retail distributors across the United States and abroad, and that its internal selection of board members is a testament to its overarching values.
“This is a great opportunity to enhance our board with a talented group that brings domain expertise and vision for growth,” Eric Allais, PathGuide president and CEO, said in the release. “Keith, Greg, and Poulina’s forward-thinking leadership and decisive action will be instrumental to our continued success.”
La Londe is the vice president of systems at PathGuide and has worked alongside the sales team to lead the business through implementations, software support, and customer training. He has been with the company since 1997, the release said.
Laycock, who’s been with the company for more than 30 years, is the vice president of software engineering at PathGuide and is responsible for its technology platform. Laycock continues to lead in architecture, design, development, and success of products and their expansion.
Kostenko is the vice president of finance at PathGuide and has more than two decades of corporate-finance experience. Since her introduction to the company in 2007, Kostenko has been in charge of risk management, financial reporting, and long-term planning. With tasks like cash-flow management, internal controls, and operational efficiency, Kostenko has made headway in budgeting discipline and sustainable growth, the release noted.
“Expanding the board with members of our executive leadership team ensures collaboration and accountability at all levels, allowing us to relentlessly focus on innovation and delivering the best possible experience to our customers,” Allais continued in the release.
